If you've renovated before, you'll know the secret is in the preparation, the planning, the details, the communication.
This is where the drawings meet the house. Your designer and our quantity surveyor visit together, and from that comes a detailed scope of works and an itemised estimate — reviewed with you, line by line.

Quantity Surveyor
Ruben Lopez
Placeholder copy about Ruben being a quantity surveyor and working with the company for 20+ years. A bit about where he trained, his experience and his expertise.
"My aim is to get the scope of work as accurate as possible so that our prices can be fixed. This is easier for new extensions than for renovations. We can’t always predict what is hidden by floors and walls, but we’ll try to find out. This is what makes us different to most residential building companies who may rely on variations for their profit."

Every project includes full technical drawings
Every project gets a full set of construction drawings — electrical plans, finishing schedules, the lot — prepared by our technical team. We need these drawings to build your kitchen at all. It's also one of the real benefits of working with us: most companies charge for this separately.
Briefed into the operations team
Our operations team turn intent into detail: visualisations become technical drawings, product suggestions become specifications, images become samples. Depending on the project, that might mean a drainage survey, a structural engineer's visit, or a party wall surveyor.

Where the scheme comes together
While that's happening, your designer is collecting material samples — so you can see how the textures and colours actually sit together, not just how they look on paper.
Fully managed
Building notices, parking, protection, permissions — we handle it, so you don't have to. You'll hear from us regularly, not just when something's needed.
